Other Activities

In addition to our main show we provide entertainment every Wednesday evening throughout the summer at the Bandstand on Aberystwyth Promenade. There is no admission change for this show as it is part of a programme of summer entertainment provided by Aberystwyth for its visitors.

We base each year's show around a theme, recent themes include Backstage Musicals (2007), 100 Years of British Musicals (2006), Songs That Won The War (2005) and Around The World in 30 Songs (2004).  Last year's show was a concert of Gilbert and Sullivan classics that was well received by the audience despite the miserable weather throughout the summer!

We also carry out performances at local care homes and hospitals as part of Ty Cerdd's 'Healthy Sounds' scheme.  So far we have performed abridged versions of our last show The Mikado, Christmas themed performances and we hope to perform an abridged version of our recent production Orpheus in the Underworld in the near future.
